Tabcorp’s TAB Grab on course activation ran throughout the 2014 Spring Racing Carnival, and was critically important to the success of the broader TAB campaign. Built engaged Event Planet to manage and produce our annual team social day, Builtapalooza in May 2017. The event was attended by over 450 employees and their families and was a resounding success. Once again Event Planet delivered an outstanding Land Rover Polo in the City series in 2016. Event Planet have been working on the production of the Land Rover marquee at the event for a number of years, and the production and scale of the Land Rover marquees nationally gets bigger and better every year. The team developed a fabulous Miami inspired theme in 2016 which matched the style of the Range Rover Evoque hero car perfectly, complete with an in-ground ‘pool’! Event Planet managed all communication with Guinness World Records in the UK and facilitated the event set-up, flow and management of support staff to ensure that we successfully set a new record. The event itself was executed to Moët Hennessy’s high standards and brought to life the glamour and grandeur of Moët, resulting in a memorable experience for guests.

Being given an opportunity to exhibit a sample of the ATC Heritage Collection at a local library, Australian Turf Club asked Event Planet to design a museum style background to best display the artwork and objects. What they came up with completely transformed the space and definitely met the brief. They were very efficient and a delight to work with.
The leadership, professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the event producer was first class. At all times, Event Planet were responsive, friendly and professional in their dealings with Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation staff and with speakers and delegates, most of whom were senior executives and/or from overseas. Advice on big picture project management and on the finer details of registrations and speaker management was sound and sensible. They also struck the right balance between the need to consult and seek approval with the need to show leadership and take initiative. As a result, ARPC was able to deliver a memorable global pool meeting together with a world class conference on terrorism risk insurance for all of our global and local stakeholders.
The Event Planet team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing is ever too difficult, or challenging.They are a great team and really do the Event Planet brand proud. Showcasing the All New Discovery was going to be a huge and exciting venture. Event Planet has delivered an outstanding execution of the All New Discovery across a number of locations that were challenging. The display looked impeccable at each location and the results saw patrons being “wowed” by the interactive nature of the car and the ease and accessibility of the display whilst being stylish and hands on at the same time. Well done, once again to Event Planet and the team on another successful Land Rover activation!
Right from the initial meeting to tender for our business we found Event Planet to be very organised, detailed and professional. Their final proposed event plan stood out from the other tenders due to the level of detail involved – including floor plan and itemised line by line budget.

For the third year in a row, the Event Planet team was great to work with during the pre production, event delivery and wrap up of Clicquot in the Snow. The week long program provided many challenges in consideration of logistics and weather conditions, and at all times they were considerate and respectful of Thredbo Village, the local community and sensitive environment, making a conscious effort to engage and work with the venues and the landscape. The Clicquot in the Snow event program was a highlight of the Thredbo Village calendar and not only enjoyed by the hundreds of guests but also provided a valuable source of PR exposure, bringing attention to the Thredbo Resort as a sought after holiday destination.
I just want to say a massive thank you to you all for such a brilliant day on Saturday. Everyone worked so hard to get to such an excellent result and we couldn’t have done it without each of your inputs! Being tasked to organise an event the other side of the world on such a tight lead-time was extremely challenging. Not only due to the large time difference but also as multiple suppliers had to be sourced from scratch. Thankfully we found Event Planet who was a breath of fresh air; trust-worthy, highly organised and a great positive energy throughout the whole process. With their help we successfully were able to achieve everything that we wanted on time and within budget. The merchandise looked great, the staff hired were amazing and popcorn served very tasty. As a result we left the exhibition as the most visited stand generating over 3,000 leads (the next most visited stand only getting 1,000). I’d like to thank Event Planet team for the high quality and professional support they’ve brought to the eHealth communications project at the Department of Health and Ageing. From the large national eHealth forum held in late 2010 to the rolling series of smaller events in the lead up to the launch of the eHealth records system in 2012, Event Planet have demonstrated a great capacity to deliver successful, quality events support and strategic planning advice for events both big and small.
I have worked with Amy Merriman and her team at Event Planet for more than 11 years in my capacity as Director of Venues and Events at the University of New South Wales and as Venue Sales Manager at the Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney. Representing our Principal Sponsor, Event Planet was continually professional and helpful and worked closely with RCNA to ensure sponsor and event deadlines were met within a pressured time scale. Onsite Sophie provided great support and excellent service, communicating sponsor needs and was always open to discussing amendments to the program and sponsor promotion. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the best Christmas Party we have ever had at Marsh. The feedback from people has been fantastic. The food was a hit, but the main topic everyone keeps talking about is the band Peppermint Jam and the DJ. If you see them again, can you please pass on my thanks. The room looked amazing and you managed to create a fun yet also sophisticated look. The furniture I still can’t get over. I look forward to working with you again.

In my 35 year career in broadcasting and now government I have never worked with a more professional team that delivered well beyond expectations and was so delightful to work with. Each member of the Event Planet team was just wonderful to liaise with and I have to say you’re a class act. I would like to sincerely thank you for your professionalism, creativity, planning and management.

DHL has worked with Event Planet on a number of large scale events in the past 18 months. The success of these, coupled with a team that is efficient, relaxed and fun to work with has ensured that we continue to commission their services. Whether it be an internal staff conference running over a number of days, or a Gala Dinner event hosting 200 customers and staff, or a media launch, Event Planet has ensured the smooth flow of events. Taking care of everything from creative design (e.g. transforming a 5,900 square metre purpose-built warehouse into a dining room!), arranging invitations and RSVP registrations, accommodation, valet parking, flight schedules, transfers, entertainment, catering… whatever the event may entail. No stone is left unturned.
