Paspaley contracted Event Planet to design, produce and manage the Paspaley VIP Marquees for the Paspaley Polo in the City series. The execution set a new benchmark not only for Paspaley events but for Polo in the City Series as a whole. They were truly exceptional. The feedback from Paspaley VIP clients, the Paspaley family and the general audience at the events was overwhelmingly positive. For the fifth consecutive year, Event Planet was appointed the national manager of the Paspaley Polo in the City series. The 2013 series saw Event Planet manage some twenty five suppliers in each state, multiple sponsors, stakeholders and council representatives. Event Planet was charged with the task of managing a significant increase of guest numbers in each state, ensuring sufficient infrastructure was readily available and guest satisfaction was upheld. Producing the event series on a reduced budget provided Event Planet with the opportunity to strengthen supplier relationships, whilst ensuring the client’s event objectives and high standards were met.
