Ladies you did a fantastic job, it was a pleasure to work with you in the lead up and to see you nail everything we promised on the night was fantastic. Can’t wait to work with you all again!
To create a warm, inviting and luxurious launch event within the new marketing ‘display suite’ for the Crown – One Barangaroo residences.
Event Planet meticulously designed, planned and executed a high touch point evening for the VIP prospective clients of Crown – One Barangaroo and Knight Frank. The customer focused experience commenced with guests being chauffeured to the event and receiving a personalised video message on an ipad as they made their journey the venue.
Hosts dressed in Crown ‘door men’ uniforms helped guests from their cars and a fleet of Crown ‘bell boys’ personally escorted guests to the elevators and up to the event floor.
Each guest’s preferred beverage choice was advised pre event and ready on tray as they entered the suite. Pianist, Scot Finnie, set the perfect atmosphere with song as guests viewed the impressive Crown – One Barangaroo building model.
Moving through the extraordinary display suite, built as an example of the luxurious residences under construction at the time, guests engaged with a variety of interactive moments.
Chef, Guillaume Brahimi, designed the canape menu for the evening and held court in the kitchen enticing guests to indulge in the caviar and vodka nestled in an ice sculpture that spanned the length of the bench. A selection of whiskey was served in the lounge area complemented by artisanal cheese and dark chocolate platters.
Bulgari wowed guests with their signature high jewellery designs. The walk in wardrobe featured displays of their dazzling jewellery collections on the dresser and the wardrobe was filled with their exquisite hand bags and accessories.
Super talented illustrator, Aaron Favaloro, treated guests to a portrait session in the grand master bedroom. Delighted guests took home a personalised artwork as a beautiful momento of the evening.
Abundant florals dressed the display suite – the highlight of which was the cascading floral ‘bubbles’ from the main bathroom’s bathtub. A unique photo moment for guests made even more fun as they were served Guillaume’s champagne sorbet which was set on a drinks trolley stationed within the bathroom.
In the display suite’s additional powder rooms, therapists provided pampering hand massages using La Mer product.
The formalities of the evening ended with a performance by acclaimed violinist Jane Cho who entertained guests with a repertoire from classical music to a modern take on an AC/DC hit.
As the evening came to a close, bell boys presented guests with a key on a silver tray. Each key opened an individually numbered vault, custom made for the evening, and inside was a gift box of Dom Perignon. Hosts escorted guests to their awaiting private car transfer.
What a unique and brilliant event. Event Planet did a sensational job.
I thought the event was perfectly positioned for our brand and all of the guests that I talked to were thoroughly impressed. My thanks to everyone on the team!
