Lauren Freedman (pictured), brought the summer to the city for Brown Brothers when she transformed a photography studio into the ultimate beach experience in the grungy inner-city neighbourhood of Richmond, VIC.
Two tip trucks delivered three tons of sand to the venue, where Lauren and her team were ready and waiting with shovels in hand.
Sand sculptures were also flown in from tropical north QLD to build the Prosecco branded DJ deck, that got a work out before and during the event!

After the reveal of the ‘top secret’ location only days prior, curiosity rose among ticket holders wondering just what they had in store! Like Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole, guests spent the evening exploring the fantasy inspired winery wonderland, sipping on Prosecco and enjoying the tastes of Milawa.
June saw Laura Sage, Events Director, in the rugby spirit during the Wallabies versus Wales Rugby Test Match at Allianz Stadium. Members enjoyed a fun-filled atmosphere at the Indoor Cricket Centre, which Laura transformed into an exclusive Rugby Club; a pub-inspired venue complete with a custom-designed cocktail and lounge bar, betting facilities, pool tables and player appearances. After the game, the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust Members celebrated the nail-biting Wallabies victory which saw the Rugby Club become a party of gold and green!
The Event Planet Team took a walk on the wild side at the Brown Brothers Wandering Winery at the World Chef Showcase held in Sydney. The vintage 1960?s caravan was lovingly restored by Event Planet’s Senior Producers and took pride of place amongst a ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ inspired activation environment at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre during Crave Sydney International Food Festival. Event Planet’s next stop on the Wandering Winery adventure…. the Brown Brothers family vineyard and the Milawa Festival! Stay adventurous, wild things!
Alexis and Laura (pictured), two of Event Planet’s Senior Event Producers, recently jetted into the heart of Australia to produce an event of truly national significance for Infrastructure Australia about Shaping the Future of Infrastructure in Remote Indigenous Communities. The content was very educational and the team enjoyed the opportunity to visit one of Australia’s amazing locations as well as experience the indigenous culture. PS. Adam (pictured far right and dangerously close to the edge) enjoyed a week in the land of the long white cloud to experience the wonders of Queenstown. Despite the record setting snowstorms, airport shutdowns, flight cancellations and all sorts of crazy travel chaos, Adam came back to our office with an abundance of enthusiasm for this South Island town to be the destination of our next Kiwi event. As the Queenstown advertising slogan cleverly says…Pure Inspiration!
As part of the fun and festivities at Thredbo during Clicquot in the Snow, Event Planet commissioned a giant Snow Lounge at the base of the mountain. Great branding and a superb spot to stop, rest and have a photo taken on the way to the chairlift!

Laura Sage (pictured), Event Planet’s General Manager, shook things up at Thredbo by producing Clicquot in the Snow during the 2011 Australian ski season. For one week, Thredbo Alpine Village was transformed into a sensational and sophisticated society hot spot. Not only was the village painted “Clicquot yellow” with brand installations at the restaurants and bars around town, but there was also a plethora of fun-filled activities for the VIP guests including downhill ski races, apres style live music, degustation dinners, on the snow BBQ’s, an oversized snow lounge and the memorable tube-a-thon competition.
Monique (pictured middle) stepped out and up with the production of her first solo event, as an Event Planet Event Manager, with the Sydney Monte Carlo Film Premiere for 20th Century Fox.
After over a year with the Event Planet Team as a dedicated, passionate and committed Event Coordinator, Monique worked hard behind the scenes supporting the Senior Producers and this event was the perfect occasion for her to step out onto the red carpet and strut her stuff!
Laura (pictured on the pitch during exclusive Breakfast with the Curator) was charged with ensuring the SCG Member Events were stirling affairs for the all important Australia versus England Ashes Tour. Event Planet was also contracted to design and manage the 2012 Australia versus India Test Match events which included breakfasts, lunches and evening events with members and both Australian and International cricketing greats.
