  • This is Saddles - a bakehouse, eatery and nursery located in Mount White on the Central Coast of NSW. Perched at the edge of a private dam set amongst 10 hectares of bushland, the eatery offers simple and ethical food in the restaurant as well as a bakehouse creating sourdough breads, pastries, tarts and Australian classics such as meat pies, sausage rolls and lamingtons. The design of Saddles is based on an Australian homestead and of course ‘saddles’ feature in the decor as stools at the brass-scalloped bar.
