To design and activate the Australian inaugural PubMatic Ad Revenue Conference at the stunning Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa.
This not-to-be-missed 2 day event program started with guests being whisked away from the city to picturesque Wolgan Valley. As guests arrived to the award-winning resort, lunch was set in the country kitchen overlooking the stunning resort valley. The Day 1 conference commenced with panel discussions and guest speakers and culminated with a welcome reception where guests enjoyed canapés, local wines and watched a unique glass blowing demonstration.
As the sun set behind the looming escarpment, guests made their way upstairs for a stunning banquet dinner on the historic verandah. The long dining table was decorated with blue hydrangeas, white freesias, lisianthus and roses clustered with candles down the centre. A personalised menu was at each seat, embossed with knives and forks. Guests were treated to a unique gift; the individual hand blown stemless wine glass from earlier in the day with an on-brand blue rim. The sumptuous 5-course meal was prepared with fresh local produce and the evening concluded with a private star gazing talk.
Day 2 kicked off with more conferencing and panel discussions before leading into a picnic lunch at the property’s original 1832 Homestead. After the relaxing lunch, guests were put into their teams and explored the resort’s acreage by participating in an ‘Amazing Race’ team-building challenge complete with segways, slack lining, frisbee golf and a catapult challenge.
Guests returned to Sydney feeling elated from their amazing 2-day luxury experience with lots of happy memories and photos of the occasion.
