We chose Event Planet to execute our six annual roadshows.They proved to be professional and reliable, delivering expert execution even when things didn’t quite always go to plan. From creative first plan to follow up post event, Event Planet worked with us to produce an event that met our expectations.
PANDORA, the global jewellery company whose reach and popularity around the world is immense briefed and engaged Event Planet to manage the creative, theming and styling of the Australian PANDORA Roadshow. The annual event was an opportunity for PANDORA to meet and greet the retail staff and customers. Taking place in five Australian capital cities as well as Auckland, New Zealand, the evening format provided a fun, engaging and informative roadshow and a special, elegant VIP evening.
One of the objectives of the evening was to showcase the new season jewellery release and Event Planet worked closely with PANDORA to design centrepieces that complemented the range and marketing plan. The look and feel included the use of metallic through accent details with a sophisticated black theme. Magnolia leaves with bronze tones and white florals softened the tables sitting aside framed feature imagery from the new marketing campaign, delicately illuminated by candlelight. The play on textures and room lighting created the perfect setting.
Event Planet also designed a feature entrance, with floral accents and a black carpet runner, which instantly set the tone as guests arrived. Working closely with the venues in each city, Event Planet successfully managed and negotiated tight timelines, freight logistics and access to deliver the PANDORA Roadshow.
With approximately 200 guests per evening, Event Planet executed a seamless and beautiful roadshow in six cities, over two weeks, which met the objectives of having a fun flair whilst retaining an exclusive, sophisticated, VIP feel for valued retail staff and customers.
