Partnering and working with a renowned and celebrated event; Dîner en Blanc, Moët & Chandon was able to leverage existing and new promotional items and the Moët Ice brand and create #MoëtMoments and a magical experience for guests.
Dîner en Blanc is a global, iconic event which started in Paris almost 30 years ago and now spans over five continents with thousands of guests attending around the world. The event principles and formula is around glamour and mystery with all events being hosted at top secret locations with guests only knowing the destination upon arrival as they are led by team leaders. The outdoor locations are sourced to showcase the best of what the host city has to offer, in high traffic areas, with guests encouraged to enjoy and take in the beauty and majesty of the venue. The dress code is strictly white, which also extends into the theming of tables, dining chairs, centrepieces and napkins.
2017 was the first year Moët & Chandon partnered with Dîner en Blanc as the exclusive champagne partner.
Event Planet was engaged for the setup, production, theming and event management of the Australian events including managing existing Moët promotional items and excitedly launching the new Moët Ice Truck into the market. Complementing the white theme, Moët Ice was the focus product with central visibility increasing the brand desirability and aligning with the success and glamour of Dîner en Blanc.
Event Planet also designed and produced a photo moment at the Dîner en Blanc events reinforcing Moët as the Champagne of Celebration. A unique #Moët Moment was created with a feature Moët Ice tower generating photo opportunities and social media traction.
